At Route Ready Gear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
